My number was postpaid and i migrated to prepay then i requested for port in to other network on 6 november. After lapse of almost 4-5 days my number was not released To ufone. I checked from your helpline they told me that your number was on hold till22 novemberdue to some outstanding dues. I talked to my postpaid manager and he told me that there are no outstanding dues against your number. I told the same to prepay helpline and lodged a complaint for releasing of number i.E 03458505165 but so far no response from your company. Complaint number as told by your one of female superwoser is 153813495141, which seems to be fake as i checked the complaint status against this complaint number but such complaint number does not exist. You people does not facilitate constume. Now please intimate me why my number was held up till 22 November as there are no outstanding dues against my number. Looking forward your response.
