I am the subscriber of Mobilink since long. My Number is 03012637476. I am submitting my complaint as under:-
Today morning I got a 3 day bundle call package through *211# and Mobilink confirmed the validity upto 24 Oct 2016. After that I made call to other Jazz number but suddenly disconnected. On inquiry at 111, attendant told me that NEITHER ANY CALL PACKAGE ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER NOR ANY CALL MADE FROM MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER JAZZ NUMBER.
This is very shocking news for me. Is it Mobilink service ?????
Where is my call package ?
Where is my money spent to activate call package ?
Where is my call record made to another jazz number ?
All matter may please be investiaged thoroughly and inform me accordingly.
Also recoup my amount immediately.

It is to notify that their is a dispute regarding transaction of PKR 7,000/= between Mrs. Erum Aslam (SCB Account Holder) and the bank Standard Chartered Bank.
Mrs.Erum Aslam tries to withdraw cash from Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. ATM machine installed at Atrium Mall, Saddar, Karachi on 11 Sep 2016 at 12:17 A.M. but transaction declines in first time, She insert card again but the transaction again declines, after which she left the ATM premises.

Complaint is already launched on helpline as well as dispute form is filled at Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. WTC Clifton Branch & with the Main branch but it's now month passed and dispute is still unresolved.
As per Standard Chartered Bank, the transaction is successful in second attempt. They informed the customer that after some seconds cash is withdraw and someone else passing through collects it and now Standard chartered is unable to refund the claim amount of PKR 7,000/=.
Mrs. Erum Aslam & her husband both are witnessed that transaction declines in 2nd attempt too, and that is the reason they left after collecting their card back from ATM but Standard Chartered is unable to honor their words as their system shows transaction to be successful.
Further, transaction alert is received at on 11 Sep 2016, 1:33 A.M. although transaction attempt occurs at 12:17 A.M. and customer is then unable to trace or check nearby ATM. Bank should inform the customer on timely basis regarding transactions from their account.
It is requested to inquire the case, that how cash can be withdraw after ATM machine shows a screen of transaction declines. Further, screenshot of ATM will be required that appears that transaction is successful if Standard Chartered persist and rely on their system.
The Customer, Mrs. Erum Aslam is not satisfied with the response of Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. and requires their amount of PKR 7,000/= to be refund as early as possible in their account.
Furthermore, It is requested to inquire with the bank if someone else collects cash then he might withdraw his own amount to by using his ATM same time or a day after/before, kindly trace the person through transaction details and launched official complain against him for collecting someone else cash.
For any details required for further clarification regarding dispute, please contact customer (Mrs. Erum Aslam) in morning timings i.e. before 2:00 P.M. as She is unable to receive calls or respond to any messages during her working hours starting from 2:30 P.M to 12:00 A.M, daily.
Kindly escalated the issue and inquire at priority. Hoping a very positive response and expecting the matter will be resolved within minimum time with reasonable evidences.
