On 9 Nov 16 at about 6:40 pm two world-call maint team member came in vehicle KM7759 for rectification work against the subject complain. They introduced themselves as Ismail & Zubair. They rectified the defect but charged me @Rs300/ on the plea that they have replaced the connector & the company does not provide them the connector. I demanded the receipt which they did not provide.
The following needs to be clarified.
1. Is it the company policy to charge the customers for connectors or other spares blindly?
2. If reply to point 1 is yes then who decides the price of these spares? I do not know if the so called connector was that much worth.
3. I made 6 emails & contacted the customer support center Five times on phone for doing the needful. Why it took 4 days to rectify this pity nature of defect?
I will be waiting for a prompt & positive response.
