This is Mirza Saad Baig. On 6th of February 2017, my brother Mirza Bilal Baig went to United Bank Limited (UBL) Clifton Centre Branch Schon Circle Karachi. He had to deposit Rs. 1 Million in an account of our client. He had a packet of cash he was carrying. He kept the packet at the deposit clip counter to fill the deposit slip. He left the counter forgetting the packet over there. When he returned after 5 minutes, he found the packet missing. He immediately told the bank staff. Mr. Zaki the floor manager was called upon this, and after inquiry the packet was returned by the bank. While depositing the amount he discovered that Rs. 100,000 is missing from the packet. Mr. Zaki was again called upon this matter and he told us that the CCTV Footage will be checked and they will call us. They called us on 9th February and informed us that they have found the guard of the bank was involved and they will return our money back after investigation. 2 weeks later they called us to show the CCTV footage. It was clear that the guard took the packet from the counter and went to the kitchen/washroom first. He was there for 1 minute exactly and then returned the packet to the manager. Even knowing this Mr. Zaki told that the guard is not guilty and they cannot do anything about our loss. The bank is not cooperating now and have told us to do whatever we want.

Aoa Its very shamful act done from zong Csc Centre Abbottabad. Today I miss my sim any where and go from replacement. 1st of all I face 15 minutes wait for my turn . And when its come (153 token no) concern person replace my sim but its not working after again wait of 15 minutes he give me blunder that my sim all procedures are ok but its active after 1 hour . When I ask cause of activation after 1 hour he gives my lollypop that its company policy . I ,ll also complain on 310 . Is any body here to ask from your employees that why he make fool peoples . Is this for that we choose Zong .?? Today I very disheart from zong bad services . I think there no respect for zong users .
