This is to bring in your notice that I called at help line on dated 27th Oct-16 for internet bucket activation and I was given confirmation that bucket has been activated, same also cross checked via SMS as SMS received were showing consumed and remaining data volume of the bucket. On 4th Nov-16, my number’s outgoing was blocked suddenly and upon query from help line at 10:55am (approximately), I was told that outgoing has been blocked owing to heavy bill which is caused by internet consumption. I called three times on help line at approximately 10:55am, 11:43am & 04:39pm on the same date (4th Nov-16) to log my complaint to investigate the issue as this amount should not be charged to me as internet bucket was activated upon my request on 27th Oct-16. I visited business center located at Canal road Faisalabad and paid Rs. 1500/- as further security deposit and Rs. 7500/- as bill payment to get my number restored as no support was provided to me since my complaint on 4th Nov-16 till 7th Nov-16. I also gave written complaint to the business center manager but he refused me saying that he is not authorized to take the complaint which itself is very astonishing for me that a business center which is not authorized to take a customer’s complaint then what is the purpose of it.
You are requested to look into the matter and revert the amount charged against internet consumption at earliest.
