Jazz cash account services are very poor.it is said that after recharging 100 Rs.from jazz cash account 1000 MB/SMS/MINTS
are posting on num.but the details are not publishing rgarding this.because of this my balance of almost 35 rs consumed. Mobilink is deceiving customers.the helpline representatives are very rude.I called on 111 at 9.41am dated 20.11.16.here mr.M.Saeed Ahmad did not response me in a good manner.and on jazz cash helpline miss.Aqsa at 9.53 am dated 20.11.16 did not response me positively.continuously she tried to silent her voice .she was very poor to guide me.kindly take action against these representatives and I claim my balance of rs 35.I suffer tension from representatives.
