Hi !   i write to you in a desperate attempt to foresee my problem and eradicate it by communicating it to the concerns. This is my Mobilink internet device ID no 0305-1042493.i am using it since 4 months roughly but from the past 2 days i am getting bandwidth/download speed of only "0.04Mbps" which is useless for any sort of practical internet application. Moreover, i would like to mention the lethargic/unhelpful attitude of your customer care staff and helpline service. I called your 111 helpline service to seek out help for the mentioned problem but i was denied the courtesy of help because i didn't called from a number that was registered on to my name despite that i mentioned repeatedly to the Mobilink representative that i don't carry nor use any Mobilink voice sim from which i could call. However, i still pursued my conquest to rejuvenate my data connection of the Mobilink and in another desperate attempt i tried to seek the help of Mobilink customer care/franchise located in city of Jauharabad. There i waited for 1 hour while the representative of the franchise mingled in the setting of the internet device. The representative tried to call the area manager several times but the area manager did not respond to his call. Afterwards, representative took my personal voice call no i.e ( 03451502542) to communicate with me as soon as he would get hold of the area manager. After waiting for several hours and no response from the customer care representative i went again to the franchise/customer care center of Jauharabad city to inquire about my complaint. To my astonishing i was presented with an email that was dispatched with my problem and representative said i have not received any reply to that email as of yet. Kindly consider my complaint as one your valuable customer feed back and your reply is keenly awaited. (Note:- same has been forwarded in black and white to the Pakistan telecommunication authority)
