Dear Sir / madam

I hold two accounts with Meezan Bank ; one is business account in my company's name Direct switch and other is in my personal name Mohammad Imran Aslam . Today i sent my office boy to cavalry ground lahore branch  with Rs 20,000 cheque number A-85599610 ( account number 0204-0102245618 )  to transfer from my company account to my personal account . My office boy was being told that the digit 20,000 is looking like 29,000 so he was sent back with cheque . Then i personally went there and asked Mr Qadeer to do this transaction . He said account holder needs to do another sign . I said its my account and i can do now . He said no i can't do this now and you have to come on monday ( next working day ) . Firstly you must have received scanned copy ofthat cheque and it doesn't look like 29,000 as he was claiming . Its a slash what we normally put as thousand . My question is do you give proper trainning to staff how to deal with customers . Your staff get paid to provide us service . He was so rude and un mannered . He is not eligible for this kind of job where he is interacting with customers face to face . He always sits on seats speaking punjabi with his colegues louder as it loooks like fish market and not a professional  place . My question is why he refused to do transaction . He owe me formal  apollogies . Or either close my account where people are not professinal . Thanks to manager who later on understood the situation and did the transaction . I can challenge that cheque what he was saying that its looks like 29,000 instead of 20,000.

Please look into as he is damaging rupte of Meezan Bank as an organisation .
