Dear Management ,It is brought in your kind knowledge that i Fakhar-un-Nisa Begum have opened my pension account in Bank-Al- Habib saadi Town scheme-33 branch which is a sub branch of malir cantt. Branch has marked my account status "INACTIVE" prior to my knowledge and did not informed me before marking my account as "INACTIVE" while branch already have my address and mobile no and i am living in the neighborhood of branch. When i tried to debit my monthly pension on 04-oct-2016 due to emergency i found my account "INACTIVE" and when i visited respective branch in emergency, they asked me to submit the attested non-marriage and alive certificate form today and when i submitted all attested documents as per their requirement at the same day before 3'oclock due to urgency.Branch Manager mis-communicated that head office will mark the account active in two or three days while branch has the authority to mark account active after proving documentation instead of informing my need of money to branch Manager Mr.Shoaib and he rudely denied to mark account "Active".SBP has implemented DCS system for convenient of Pensioner who are already old and weak but due to the rude behavior of Bank-Al- Habib respectable designated staff i did not get my money and i am already Heart patient and having sugar and blood pressure but branch Manager behaved me very badly.I have also logged my complain but did not receive any response till yet.Therefore it is requested to take necessary action against these types of officials who are continuously spoiling Bank Al Habib reputation and not following the rules applied by "STATE Bank OF PAKISTAN”. Please resolve my matter and mark my account active today otherwise Bank Al Habib staff will be responsible for any mishap occurred with my health or life due to this severe tension given by branch staff.
